About Thomas

Thomas represents corporate, individual, and HOA clients in first- and third-party insurance claims, premises liability claims, CCIOA claims, and housing discrimination claims.

 

Through his diverse prior experience, Thomas has wide breadth of courtroom and trial experience and unique insight into the value outside counsel can bring to an organization. Thomas uses that experience to better represent his clients both in and outside the courtroom.

Thomas graduated from law school at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law with a certificate in corporate and commercial law and earned his bachelor’s degree in economics at the University of Colorado Boulder.  Before becoming a lawyer, Thomas served five years as a cavalry scout in the U.S. Army and completed two tours in Afghanistan.  Prior to joining Sutton Booker, P.C., Thomas worked as a prosecutor in Colorado’s 8th Judicial District and as in-house counsel at a Fortune 500 company.

 

Thomas’ practice focuses on third-party personal injury claims, HOA claims, administrative housing discrimination claims, premises liability.
