Sutton Booker is excited to welcome its newest associate, Eric Reece!
Eric has extensive trial experience and an understanding of a wide array of law. Prior to joining Sutton Booker, he worked in the Denver City Attorney’s Office where he prosecuted criminal cases, trying nearly one hundred cases to verdict. While with the City, he also advised and worked with numerous city departments, including police, fire, public health, zoning, animal control, and licensing agencies. Eric previously worked for a large Denver law firm, where he participated in wrongful death and construction defect cases, as well as antitrust, CERCLA, and legal malpractice matters. Before entering private practice, Eric clerked for Judges Steve Bernard and Gale Miller of the Colorado Court of Appeals.
Before becoming a lawyer, Eric played minor league baseball in the Tampa Bay Rays organization, worked as a ski instructor in Steamboat Springs, was paid to review movies in Los Angeles, and helped run a construction company in Reno.
